PPH pilot program between the JPO and the EPO

The Japan Patent Office (JPO) and the European Patent Office (EPO) will commence the PPH pilot program on 29 January 2010.
Following an agreement at the Trilateral Conference held in Kyoto on 13 November 2009, it is possible to request for participating in this pilot program on the basis of PCT international work products.
